Abstract
 Background of the Study: 
 Epilepsy is a curable chronic neurological illness that frequently associated to supernatural activity. Due lack knowledge and awareness among Common public. The objectives this study were determine common myths misperception about epilepsy by analysing comprehensive panel variables in our local population. Methods: We conducted face-to-face questionnaire interview survey three different shopping malls 1000 people randomly enrolled cross-sectional at Quetta, Baluchistan, during period twenty-one august 2021 30 2021.
 Results: A total interviewed them 220(22%) male 780(78%) female. People all age group included study.
